The $2 off coupon for Girard’s salad dressing is back.  I have seen these priced as low as $2.50 and the regular price is $2.89 at my Target store.
So you should be able to get a great deal on these!
The Girard’s web site has some fantastic recipes on it to use these products- the brie and fig bruschetta and the Greek roasted cauliflower look pretty darn good to me.
