Walmart has released a new coupon policy! It was written with the help of the Walmart Moms who are fellow deal bloggers like me.
Here are the MOST significant changes:

• Coupons may exceed the price of the item. Change may be given or applied towards the cost o the basket purchase.
  That means overage!!!!!!!!
• Printable coupons for FREE items will not be accepted. Buy one, get one free coupons will be accepted.
